Guidelines for the Sharing

This is an open and safe space to share your thoughts or feelings about anything you are going through.

*You don't have to share. Listening is essential to this experience. Therefore, you are all participating by being present.

*Share in the way you need: ex. words, song/rap, poetry.

*Please share your story only, no one else's.

*Please do not give advice or comment on what someone else has shared.

*What we share here, stays here.

*We ask that you please silence your cell phones and keep them away during this time- the expectation is that nothing is recorded so that space remains safe for everyone.

*We will have trusted adults and mental health specialists available to listen and to support you.
