We are located at the corner of 7th  and I Streets NE, at 700 I Street NE, Washington, DC 20002, in the heart of the H Street Corridor and just over a mile from the U.S. Capitol. We are a half a block down and a street over from Whole Foods on H Street between 6th and 7th and H.

Parking in the city can often be a hassle, but Pilgrim has three parking lots available near the church. On Sunday, we block 5 to 6 parking spots on I Street directly in front of the church (let us know you are visiting for the first time and we will save you one of these spots). We have also created short walkthrough videos to help you recognize each lot before you arrive.Open parking lot near 711 I Street NE: This ungated lot is directly across I Street from the church and is visible from I Street. It is located across the alley from 711 I Street and beside the building at 715 I Street.Gated parking lot behind 711 I Street NE: This is our larger parking lot. When you turn into the alley to enter the open lot, you will also see the entrance to this gated lot to your right behind 711 I Street.Gated parking lot at 636 I Street NE: Additional parking is available in our third lot, located just a short walk from the church.Street parking is also available along I Street between 6th and 8th Streets NE. Additional spaces can often be found within one-half block to a block and a half of the church along 6th, 7th, and 8th Streets.We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time to park and walk to the church. Our Sunday morning worship service begins at 9:30 AM. Before that we have Bible Enrichment Class starting at 8:15 AM. On Wednesday we have a Noonday Prayer Service 12:00 PM, and evening Zoom Bible Study. Go here for links and more information

Worship service generally runs for 75-90 minutes.Bible Study and Noonday Prayer both run 60 minutes.

Yes, Our PBC Kids serves children 2-10 years old, but older kids (10-14 years old) often join and move to a separate classroom.

There’s no dress code at Pilgrim. So, you’re welcome to dress however you’re most comfortable! You’ll see everything from “Sunday best” to relaxed, casual among our adult congregants. Kids and youth usually wear whatever they would normally wear to school. Wear what you feel comfortable in.

Yes, we recognize visitors, but nothing intrusive or mandatory. We ask visitors to raise their hand, if they want. We are a large enough congregation that you can’t really tell the visitors from those that regularly attend. We also post a qr code that takes you to the visitor page on our website where you can fill out some information  to stay in contact with us if you like.

If you desire prayer, we have a corporate altar call prayer at the end of the sermon where worshippers gather in front of the pulpit and are led by a minister in prayer. If you desire special for yourself individually, see an usher after the worship service and they will bring you to someone that can pray for you individually.

We have a wheelchair ramp on the  7th  street side of the church. Our church building is multi-level, but if you enter the church at the street-level entrance on I street the elevator is immediately on your left as you enter.

We have bathrooms on every floor of the church. We have special handicap bathroom on our main floor, the same floor as the Sanctuary.
