What Do You See? A Resurrection Quiz That Might See You Back

Some moments don’t change all at once.

Sometimes the evidence shifts… before the meaning does.

In John 20:1–10, three people walk into the same scene—the empty tomb—and leave with three very different understandings. Mary notices. Peter investigates. John believes. Same tomb. Same evidence. Different sight.

And if we’re honest, that’s not just their story—it’s ours.

There are seasons when we see something changing in our lives, but we interpret it through grief. There are moments when we analyze everything, turning it over and over, trying to make sense of it. And then there are those quiet, sacred edges where something in us begins to trust—even before everything is clear.

This quiz is more than a test of memory. It’s a mirror.

As you move through these questions, you might find yourself asking not just “What happened in the text?” but “Where am I in the story?”

Am I noticing but not yet understanding?

Investigating but not yet trusting?

Or standing on the edge of belief?

Take a few minutes. Engage the questions. Smile a little. Think deeply.

And most importantly… pay attention to what you see.
